Got 3 little pickups this morning from Psalm 14:2. “The Lord looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God.”
1.The understanding and the seeking go together, with the understanding coming first. If you understand, you will seek God. If you understand how much you need Him, and how great He is. Then He will add more understanding, that makes you want to seek Him MORE.
2.He’s looking for those who seek HIM, for who He is, and what He wants to show you, …not just the blessings He can provide. And the blessing will surely come, in overflowing abundance.
3.It shouldn’t be too hard to find Him, when the One that sees everything everywhere is also looking for you, …if you seek Him with the whole heart.
