Shouldn’t the words that come out of our mouth when we’re sitting at a table with friends, be the same as the words we spoke on our knees before the Lord? If we’re praying for a brother, or sister, or the whole body of Christ… shouldn’t our words, when we’re with others, reflect the answers we were praying and believing for?
James 3:10-11 (KJV)
10 Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be.
11 Doth a fountain send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter?
If there is sweet water pouring out of us, on our knees, before the Lord… let it be the same sweet water pouring out when we rise and go through the day.
