I see what amazing things God has done recently, and my thought is this baseball analogy:
God has just blasted a home run… WAY over the fence, and out of the park! Let’s not stop for a celebration at second base! Celebrate as you keep running… past second… past third… all the way HOME! The hit doesn’t count as a score till you cross home plate!
Then get the batter up to the plate, ready for the next pitch. The game isn’t over. It’s not even the end of the inning! We can’t let up, till the very last out, and God’s team has the win… for eternity!
